If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

• If a product has been found faulty or damaged you are entitled to a full refund or replacement once the product is returned to us.
• We can refund any reasonable standard postal charges paid for returning products that have been found to be faulty or damaged only with proof of postage or receipt of posting. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit.

For the time being, shipping is limited to Ireland. 

We ship by Standard post with An Post, and by Courier.
